1. Overview

By booking with DIME Window Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and quality service for both parties.

• Window Cleaning (Interior & Exterior)
• Track Cleaning
• Screen Cleaning
• Balustrade Cleaning – Interior & Exterior
• Shower & Bath Glass Cleaning
• Hard Water Removal
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Pressure Washing
• Gutter Cleaning
• Mirror Cleaning
• Custom exterior detailing (by request)

4. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change upon physical inspection. We wont commence any additional work before confirming with you. Bookings are confirmed via email, SMS, or phone once availability is locked in.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and EFTPOS (if available).
• Late payments may incur a 10% administrative fee per month overdue.

 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• In the event of poor weather, we may reschedule at no charge for your safety and ours.

7. Damage & Liability

• We are fully insured for up to $10 million in public liability.
• While all care is taken, DIME is not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty fixtures, or surfaces degraded by age or neglect.
• Customers must disclose fragile or unique surfaces before the clean begins.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure pets are secured and access to water/electricity is available if needed.
• We may require ladders, pressure systems, or water-fed poles, so ensure safe and clear access to relevant areas.
• If screens, tracks, or items are not removable or accessible, some services may be limited.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information for scheduling and communication only. Your data will never be shared or sold. For full privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in every job. If you’re not completely happy, let us know within 48 hours of service and we’ll return to fix it—no extra cost, no hassle.
