4. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change upon physical inspection. We wont commence any additional work before confirming with you. Bookings are confirmed via email, SMS, or phone once availability is locked in.

5. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and EFTPOS (if available).
• Late payments may incur a 10% administrative fee per month overdue.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• In the event of poor weather, we may reschedule at no charge for your safety and ours.

7. Damage & Liability
• We are fully insured for up to $10 million in public liability.
• While all care is taken, DIME is not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty fixtures, or surfaces degraded by age or neglect.
• Customers must disclose fragile or unique surfaces before the clean begins.

8. Customer Responsibilities
• Please ensure pets are secured and access to water/electricity is available if needed.
• We may require ladders, pressure systems, or water-fed poles, so ensure safe and clear access to relevant areas.
• If screens, tracks, or items are not removable or accessible, some services may be limited.

11. Terms & Conditions and Service Scope
Quote validity and pre-assessment
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Where a quote is provided without an in-person inspection and is based on pane counts, photos, or information supplied by the client, a brief on-site pre-assessment will be conducted prior to commencing work. This allows us to confirm access, window condition, and overall scope.
The quoted price may only change if the pane count is incorrect, windows are significantly dirtier than described and require additional time, or access to certain windows is restricted or more complex than initially advised. Any price adjustments will always be communicated and approved before work begins. There are no hidden fees.
Standard service limitations
Our standard window cleaning service covers the removal of general dust, dirt, salt, and light organic debris from glass and frames. We do not specialise in the removal of builder’s defects or construction residue. This includes, but is not limited to, paint overspray, concrete, render, silicone, glue, plaster, tape residue, stickers, or any other construction materials on glass or frames.
Light surface marks such as minor pollen spots or organic deposits may be removed within reason as part of a standard clean. However, excessive buildup or residue requiring scraping, specialised tools, or additional labour will incur an additional charge.
Post-construction and renovation properties
We do not specialise in post-construction or renovation cleans. For these properties, we perform an initial standard clean only to remove general dust and surface dirt and to allow clear visibility of the glass and frames. This process helps identify any construction-related defects or residue that fall outside our standard service scope.
Any additional detailing, scraping, or defect removal required will be assessed and quoted separately and will only be carried out with client approval.
